My marketing efforts include a bimonthly production of the area newspaper, an advertising vehicle that reaches nearly 15000 prospective buyers throughout the area, as well as a weekly radio talk show that reaches thousands of potential prospects. I send weekly mailings to surrounding neighborhoods, flyers to the “Top 20” agents in the area when each new listing is received, as well as relying on our own database of prospective buyers.
These efforts to promote your property help generate calls specifically on your home. And the overall program helps ensure that, when a prospective buyer needs a home in the area, they know to call me.
